WASHINGTON TWP., NJ-Opus East started construction on a spec basis for a 471,200-sf distribution facility in October here, and has now given the exclusive leasing assignment for the building to CB Richard Ellis’ industrial services group. The assignment is being headed by the group’s first vice president, Brian Knowles, and vice president John Maloney.

Located in the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A submarket, near Exit 7 of I-195, the asset is slated for delivery by Opus East by mid-year. The building is rising on a 47.2-acre site acquired by Opus Corp. and is being shepherded by the Philadelphia office of Opus East.

Called West Manor Crossings, it will have 33-ft. ceiling heights. It’s also located within a foreign-trade zone.
