PRINCETON, NJ-Colliers Houston & Co. has added Princeton to its list of offices in the Garden State. The real estate services firm’s new location is its fourth--its home office is in Teaneck and its existing regional offices are in Parsippany and Somerset. The real estate services firm set up shop recently in Princeton Forrestal Village.

“The firm has been successful in this market for a number of years, and we feel this additional physical presence will enhance our market penetration,” says senior vice president Douglas R. Twyman, who heads the new operation. He’s joined at the location by vice president Milt Charbonneau, associate vice president Jeff Furey, Tom March and associate Steve Scott.
“This office will focus on industrial and office property sales and leasing in Greater Mercer County and south Somerset and Middlesex counties, as well as Monmouth County,” Twyman says.
