DALLAS/FT. WORTH: Sprint Renews at Mercantile Center, Inks 5-year, 150,000-SF Deal

Kansas City, MO-based Sprint Spectrum renewed for another five years at 4701 Mercantile Drive in Fort Worth where the communications company occupies the entire 150,000-square-foot flex building as a call center. Sprint has been in the building since it delivered in 1996. Brian Randolph with Mercantile Partners LP represented the landlord in-house. Marti Nemer of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of Sprint.
