Media Sciences Gets New CFO
Media Sciences (AMEX: GFX) in Oakland has appointed Kevan D. Bloomgren as CFO. Most recently, Bloomgren was CFO at Rapid Solutions Group, a digital communications company based in Melville, NY. He owned and operated an investment company, and was vice president and CFO of Satellite Paging, both of which were based in New Jersey, prior to his Rapid Solutions gig.
Bloomgren, a licensed CPA, has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He bought 40,000 shares of Media Sciences, an ink and toner manufacturer, before landing the job.
