Computer Horizons names new
CFO BY TED BUNKER BLOOMBERG NEWS

MOUNTAIN LAKES -- Computer Horizons Corp., a computer- services company, named Barbara Moss chief financial officer, replacing Michael Shea, who resigned to take another job.
Moss, 53, was director of internal audit. Shea, 46, spent 11 years with the company and will leave April 28, Mountain Lakes-based Computer Horizons said in a regulatory filing Monday. His new position wasn't disclosed.

Shea's departure completes a change in top management after the ouster of chairman Earl Mason and chief executive William J. Murphy in October over their plan to buy rival Analysts International Corp.

Current chairman Eric Rosenfeld led a group of investors who protested the $101.5 million price was too high. Stockholders voted to end the bid in September.

Shares of Computer Horizons fell 10 cents to close at $5.05. They have gained 21 percent since Oct. 19, when Mason and Murphy were voted out.
