An Edison, N.J.-based provider of strategic IT outsourcing services has raised $10 million in private equity funding from return backers Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund and Venture Tech Assets Pvt. Ltd. SAIF now has a 36% stake in Intelligroup, while Venture Tech has a 26% stake.
