HARRISON, NJ-Bradley Corrugated Box Co. has signed a lease for a total of just under 65,000 sf at 900 Second St. here. The lease brings the approximately 85,000-sf Hartz Mountain Industries-owned asset to full occupancy. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
"With our new lease, we have increased our commercial space in the region by more than 25,000 sf," says Greg Rosen, vice president of Bradley Corrugated, which is using the space for distribution. "Hartz was able to quickly accommodate our needs."
"We continue to see high demand from tenants for Northern New Jersey," says Emanuel Stern, Hartz president and COO. "Anytime there are good industrial properties available within a few miles of one of the largest seaports in the country and all of the mass transit options, there will be tenants who will take advantage of the opportunity."
The building at 900 Second St. is one of a cluster of three industrial buildings Hartz owns here. The signing leaves just under 39,000 sf available at the 700-800 First St. locations.
