Pharmacopeia’s CFO Soga Resigns

Princeton’s Pharmacopeia (Nasdaq: PCOP) today announced the resignation of CFO Michio Soga. Brian M. Posner, who served as the Princeton biopharmaceutical company's chief accounting officer, will take over the position. Posner will now report to Les Browne, Pharmacopeia's CEO. Posner, who holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Queens College and an M.B.A. from Pace University, joined Pharmacopeia in 1999.
Shares of Pharmacopeia slipped 9 cents to $6.37 during morning trading.
