122,500-SF Union Bldg. Sells for $9.3 Million
Zippos Car Stereo purchased 1135 Springfield Road in Union from Duerr Tool & Die Inc. The building sold for $9.3 million, or roughly $76 per square foot. Zippos Car Stereo will occupy the whole building.
The 122,500-square-foot industrial building was built in 1999 on 5.21 acres. The building contains 21,000 square feet of office space as well as manufacturing areas and partially air-conditioned warehouse space. The facility has six loading docks, two drive-in bays, a clear height of 22 feet and heavy power. The property features parking for 110 cars and is in proximity to I-78, the NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 22.
