Aon signed a 113,293-square-foot renewal at 707 Wilshire Ave. in downtown Los Angeles. Also known as the AON Center, the 62-story, 1,028,850-square-foot tower is the second largest office building in Southern California.
Jeffery Ingham and Jessica Kokish of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Aon. "Aon chose to renew one year early at the building because of its aggressive economics, signage rights and considerable flexibility to accommodate the firm’s anticipated growth," Ingham said.
Todd Doney and Mark O’Brien of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Broadway Partners.
