Controlled entity 1200 Wall SPE L.L.C. has sold 1200 Wall St. (pictured), a six-story, 187,951-square-foot office in Lyndhurst, N.J., for $31.3 million or $166 per square foot. Located on a 7.9-acre site within the Meadowlands Corporate Center, the Class B facility is 93.2 percent leased to eight tenants, anchored by Quest Diagnostics, the General Services Administration and Citizen Watch Co., which, combined, account for approximately 70 percent of the building's total square footage on a long-term basis with no lease roll until 2011.
