Eastern Research Relocates to 100,000 SF

MOORESTOWN, NJ-Eastern Research Inc. has relocated its operations to 100,000 sf of flex/industrial space at 121 Whittendale Dr., moving from its previous 57,000-sf location within Moorestown West Corporate Center. The provider of network access solutions has approximately 500 employees at the site.
The transaction was arranged by Jon Sarkisian, executive vice president in the Marlton office of CB Richard Ellis, who says the aggregate lease value “exceeds $800,000. The multi-year space contract will give Eastern Research a presence at 121 Whittendale Dr. to the later years of this decade.”
The signing also brings the building at 121 Whittendale Dr. to full occupancy for owner Needleman Management Co. of Cherry Hill. The two-story asset totals 130,000 sf, with Formation Inc., a hardware and software maker, utilizing the remaining 30,000 sf as it headquarters.
