ROSELAND, NJ-In an expansion move, the law firm of Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman PC has signed a leased for 46,230 sf of office space at 75 Eisenhower Parkway here. The firm will be moving its headquarters to the Steiner Equities-owned building from its current location a short distance away at 75 Livingston Ave. The new location is a 75,560-sf building in the I-280/suburban Essex County submarket.

GGH was represented in the transaction by GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, and specifically by brokers Bryn Cinque, senior vice president, and associate director James Bailey. The locally based Steiner Equities, which itself has its headquarters at 75 Eisenhower Parkway, was represented in-house by senior vice president Mary Burke. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The GGH signing is the latest of several by GVA Williams of NJ involving law firms. Over the past year the firm has arranged deals for Lowenstein Sandler, Cole Schotz, Greenbaum Rowe, and Anderson Kill & Olnick.

“We have developed a law firm-specific methodology,” Cinque says. “That methodology focuses on the real estate issues that law firms uniquely face. For Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, the location, layout and competitive economics of the transaction were advantageous.”

GGH is a 70-attorney firm that focuses exclusively on the representation of management in labor, employment, business immigration and employee benefits law and related litigation. Besides its local headquarters, the firm has offices in New York City, Long Island, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and recently opened another regional office in Las Vegas.
