Ziff investment firm growing on Park
Ziff Brothers Investments is expanding at its future digs on Park Avenue.
The firm, which manages the investments of the Ziff family, founder of Ziff-Davis Publishing, will be moving soon to 350 Park Ave. from the Citigroup Center at 153 E. 53rd St.
It signed a lease for 126,000 square feet at 350 Park last March. Now, even as it continues to renovate that space, the firm has decided to take an additional 31,000 square feet in the building. The asking rent at the 30-story 350 Park Ave., between East 51st and East 52nd streets, is $65 a square foot.
Ziff Brothers is subleasing the space from ABN Amro, according to John Cefaly, vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which represented ABN Amro. CB Richard Ellis represented Ziff Brothers.
