71,000 SF Fills Up at Allendale Park

ALLENDALE, NJ-First Industrial Realty Trust has signed a total of approximately 71,000 sf of leases within its Allendale Industrial Park here. The four signings include two renewal/expansions and two new tenants, according to Rick Vanderbeck, leasing and marketing director in First Industrial’s Pine Valley, NJ office.
The two renewal/expansions are Stryker Howmedica Osteonics, an orthopedic implant maker that now occupies a total of 22,500 sf, and Rising Pharmaceuticals, which now occupies 15,850 sf. The two new tenants are Dataprobe, a manufacturer of communication equipment, which has signed on for 18,441 sf, and Bergen community Blood Services, which has leased 14,684 sf.
The outside brokers for the various transactions were Hal Lichtenstein of Colliers Houston & Co., Teaneck, NJ; Nick Savage and Jeff Babikian of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook, NJ; and Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson, Hackensack, NJ. Terms of the transactions were not released.
