Corporate Office Properties Trust Sells 57,280-SF Industrial Bldg.
Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) sold the 57,280-square-foot industrial building at 68 Culver Road in Cranbury, NJ for $9.7 million, or roughly $170 per square foot, to 405 Broadway Realty Corp.
The Princeton Technology Center property features 15,000 square feet of office space and 42,000 square feet of industrial space. The property was built in 1973 and has five loading docks and a clear height of 20 feet.
The sale reflects COPT's initiative to sell its out-of-market assets and buy properties in higher growth markets.
