Direct Invest LLC purchased 150 Morristown Road in Bernardsville, NJ from Bernard 287 Co. LLC, a subsidiary of ABC Properties. The building sold for $9.15 million, or roughly $165 per square foot. The 55,520-square-foot office building was built in 1985 on three acres in Somerset County. The property contains 72 covered and 86 surface parking spaces, and three passenger elevators. The building features a two-story glass curtain-wall atrium and overlooks a stream and pond. Tenants include EquiHome Mortgage, Pulte Homes Inc. and Stewart Smith East Inc. James L.
