TEANECK, NJ-Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has tapped GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, to fill a 49,175-sf block of space on the third floor of the company’s Glenpointe Center West office building here. The 330,000-sf building makes up more than half of Sanzari’s three-building, 650,000-sf class A Glenpointe office complex. For GVA Williams, president David Simson, EVP Frank Gunsberg and senior associate Leslie Meril are heading the exclusive assignment.

The Hackensack, NJ-based Sanzari is simultaneously launching a capital investment program for Glenpointe. Lobbies will be redesigned and common areas and mechanical systems will be upgraded in what Jerry Barta, vice president of Sanzari, calls “the most comprehensive capital improvement in Glenpointe’s history.”

The third floor availability “is completely built out,” Barta says. “It offers a move-in condition opportunity.”

Besides the office buildings, the mixed-use Glenpointe complex includes a 350-room Marriott hotel and the Courts of Glenpointe, a 164-unit residential community. The tenant roster of the three office buildings includes ACS, American Express, Cognizant Technology, the law firm of DeCotiis FitzPatrick Cole & Wisler, the US headquarters of Eisai Pharmaceuticals, Kumon North America, Oracle and Univision Television.
