Scholastic Corp. Renews 88,000-SF Lease in SoHo

Scholastic Corp. has renewed its lease for 88,000 square feet at its current location in Manhattan. The publishing company will continue to fully occupy six floors in the 250,000-square-foot SoHo building at 524 Broadway, which is owned by Propp Bros.
