Oakland Industrial Facility Sells for $6.85M

Zrike Co. Completes Sale-Leaseback of its 87,840-SF Bldg.

8 Thornton Road LLC, a subsidiary of Hampshire Management Co., purchased 8 Thornton Road in Oakland, NJ for $6.85 million, or roughly $78 per square foot. The seller, Zrike Co., leased back the entire 87,840-square-foot industrial building.

Built in 2001 in Bergen County, the property sits on five acres and contains 7,580 square feet of office space. The building features 110 parking spaces, wet sprinklers, six loading docks and levelators, one drive-in bay and a clear height of 28 feet.
