JERSEY CITY-Workflow Solutions has signed a lease for 111,000 sf of industrial space at 25 Colony Rd. here. The Greenwich, CT-based company, a provider of promotional products and services, will move its regional distribution center here from its current location in Cranbury, NJ.
Workflow Solutions was represented by associate assistant vice president Lori Zuck of GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, and vice chairman Brian Givens and director Hal Stein of GVA Williams in New York. The owner of the building, ProLogis, was represented by Lee & Klatskin Associates of Teterboro, NJ. Terms of the lease were not disclosed; space at the building is listed on Lee & Klatskin’s website as “negotiable.”
“The facility’s close proximity to New York City will greatly benefit Workflow as the company continues to expand its business,” Zuck says. The lease represents approximately one-third of the building, which totals just over 340,000 sf. The site is within the larger Greenville Yards industrial complex, which ProLogis picked up as part of its acquisition of Keystone Property Trust a couple of years ago. The property is also located within both a federally designated foreign-trade zone and a state-designated urban enterprise zone.
