EAST WINDSOR (AP) - Health care technology provider CareGain Inc. has been acquired by a Wisconsin-based health plan manager.

Fiserv Inc. said yesterday that East Windsor-based CareGain will operate as a business unit of the Brookfield, Wis.-based company, which provides health plan administration and business outsourcing services to employers and health plans.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
